Guttify plans Rs 20 Cr fundraise as gut health moves mainstream in India

Delhi-based startup Guttify is planning to raise Rs 20 crore in its next funding round to accelerate its ambition of building one of India’s leading consumer gut health platforms. The company’s most recent funding valued Guttify at approximately Rs 54 crore.

The proposed fundraise comes at a time when gut health is rapidly moving from a niche wellness conversation to a mainstream consumer health category, driven by rising awareness around digestion, metabolic health, the microbiome and preventive wellness.

Guttify is currently witnessing strong momentum, reporting 67% quarter-on-quarter growth, approximately 20% monthly growth in its user base, and a 40% repeat-user rate. Guttify is now preparing to raise approximately Rs 20 crore to accelerate product innovation, strengthen its technology and diagnostic capabilities, invest in consumer education and expand distribution across Tier 1 and Tier 2 India.

The company also plans to significantly expand its portfolio across high-frequency digestive and metabolic wellness needs, including constipation, bloating, digestion, liver health and everyday gut wellness. The upcoming raise follows an approximate Rs 4 crore follow-on funding round in February 2026 and an approximately $360,000 extended seed round in May 2025.

Guttify has raised more than Rs 10 crore cumulatively to date, with participation from the family office associated with Unichem Laboratories, existing investors and prominent Indian and international HNIs, including Amandeep Singh Sodhi, co-founder of HOAGS Technologies.
